Here leadership as the Spirit of God in governance is valued and taught. Emphasis is not on academic wisdom or historic experience and excellence but APOSTOLIC GRACE in other to create Holy Spirit leadership culture; where leaders as eagles learn to fly and flock. Here vision is cast, incentives given, creativity encouraged, risks allowed and accountability provided
